Holiday Consultant (Location – Bengaluru, India) 

Qualifications

Good experience in working with any of the leading leisure companies in Bangalore, making worldwide hotel bookings, preparing tailor-made packages, and dealing with leading tour companies (wholesalers) for bookings, cruises, educational tours, and medical tourism.

Should be well-versed in Karnataka (Bengaluru) leisure market

Should be a graduate of any university in India

Age should be between 30-40

Should be very fluent in English with outstanding salesman skills, having already businesses in hand

Preferred candidates speaking Kannada and other Indian regional languages

Should have a two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license

Should also have the sales/marketing skills to promote the represented leisure brands of the company among the travel trade

Salary negotiable based on qualifications and experience

Reservation & Ticketing staff (Location – Bengaluru, India)

Qualification

Should have the qualification from IATA/Montreal in ticketing & reservation.

Well-experienced in airline ticketing & reservation by using all leading GDS, Amadeus, Galileo, Abacus, Gabriel.

Should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in working with one of the leading travel companies in Bangalore as a counter officer, dealing with walking clients and corporate.

Candidates should have fluent English communication skills and knowledge of Kannada and other Indian languages preferred.

Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

Manager – Shipping (Location – Kuwait)

Job Description

  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales targets and profitability
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & pc skills
  • Knowledge of languages: Fluent English is necessary / special advantage is additional language knowledge, such as Tamil/Telugu and Hindi (Arabic optional)
  • Good experience in handling shipping reservations and booking updates
  • Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Executives
  • Maintains healthy receivables & monitor level of bad debts to fully avoid from the sales team
  • Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects
  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
  • Conducts one-on-one review with all Sales Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales Executive’s sales and activity performance
  • Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses
  • Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
  • Maintains contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Valid India’s four-wheeler driver’s license

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of relevant international transportation and/or import/export-related experience
  • Commercial education (Minimum a graduate) or special education in freight forwarding
  • High level of analytical and problem-solving ability, negotiation and decision-making skills
  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal effectiveness, and cross-functional leadership
  • Results oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage complex workload leading through others to accomplish team goals
  • Ability to think strategically and to collaborate, evaluate outcomes and manage change in a dynamic environment

Business Development Manager (Location – Bangalore, India)
