Started in the year 1973 with its first restaurant in Kuwait under the name of CAESARS RESTAURANT, the group is now spread across the Middle East with diversified business interests. First diversification in the year 1983 from Restaurant & Catering to retailing in Industrial & Safety equipment, and retail automation under the name of Ajwan International Company W.L.L.

Started travel division in the year 1992 (Caesars Travel Agency) – Later changed to Caesars Travel Company W.L.L. in the year 1997 and now, it has become Caesars Travel Group because many diversified business in travel started later under this company.

Formation of Caesars General Trading & contracting Company W.L.L. in the year 1996 as a fielding company for all the Caesars units. Al Afrah Al Sharqiya General Trading & Contracting Company W.L.L. was established in the year 1998, and the company trades in chemical and engineering products. Caesar Pac – Established in the year 2002 with an investment of 2 million Kuwaiti Dinars and the company is now a leading manufacturer of corrugated carton paper products. Kuwait Boxes Co.– Another company engaged in manufacturing corrugated carton paper products. Chattary Ajwan Infotech India Pvt. Ltd. – The latest venture started with a software office in Ahmadabad, India. Ghazi Al-Abdulrazzak General Trading & Contracting Co. – New division dealing with Interiors of established business organizations and engaged in marketing of health enhancing products.
