Ghazi Y. Al-Abdulrazzak graduated from the Chelsea College of Automobile and Aeronautical Engineering in 1963 and joined Kuwait Air Force in the same year in the technical section. He has served the Kuwait Air Force as Director of Technical Affairs and Supplies before being transferred to the Headquarters of the Kuwait Armed Forces and appointed to the post of Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics and Supplies. He was Major General when he left the armed forces and ventured into private business. Presently, Mr. Ghazi is fully involved in  Caesars Group Management and is an active Director in the travel division.

Having joined the Kuwait Airforce in 1962, Abdulaziz attended basic and advanced conversation training with the Royal Air Force in the U.K. He flew the hawker hunters and later became the Sqn. Commander of lightning aircraft.  He also  underwent a staff college course from the UK in the year 1977. He was promoted to the post of Director of the office of the Kuwait Air Force Commander and later transferred to the headquarters of Kuwait armed forces. He was later appointed as Director of the office of the Chief of staff. He retired from the armed forces in 1982 and since then, he is actively involved in the management of Caesars Group as a Partner.

Lawrence D’Souza is a Graduate in Economics and Accountancy and has worked in the Ministry of Communication, Kuwait for five years. He joined Kuwait Air Force in 1961 as Head of the Accounts and Personnel section. He left Kuwait Air Force in 1975 and started a private business forming Caesars under the partnership of Mr. Ghazi Al-Abdulrazzak. Ever since, he has been looking after various establishments as Managing Director of Caesars Group, and he is a well-known businessman among the Indian community in Kuwait.
